Booking.
All appointments must be booked in advance. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. We regret that late arrival will require your appointment to be rescheduled.

Cancellation.
Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid loss of deposit. Cancellation on the day of treatment will result in 100% of the treatment charge being made.
